Synopsis
With peace finally descending on the Romanian Grey Wolves, longtime fae ambassador to the wolves, Perizada, has been given a new mission by the Great Luna. Recently I got the pleasure of sitting down with the amazing Quinn Loftis to ask a few questions about Into the Fae that I wanted to know and I figured that you, her fans, were burning to find out. Thanks for stopping my blog and if I didn't answer that one question you were just burning to ask let me know maybe I sit down with her again. No promises though she is a SUPER BUSY lady to catch up with but for you I'll try. Besides I am sure I'll have the same question or something similar!
Nancy: Congratulations on your newest release, Into the Fae. This is your third series and your 11th book to have been released. You have been here many times before; does this release feel any different?
Quinn: A little, simply because it is the first book in a new series which is terrifying to me. I truly want readers to like it and I hope that I have done a good job with the story.
Nancy: I have to say I am so glad that you decided to tell Peri's story. She was one of my favorite characters out of the Grey Wolves Series. Her struggle with accepting her mate and that relationship, what was your inspiration for that part of story?
Quinn: They both have lived such long lives and gone through such struggles that I did not feel like they would just fall into eachothers arms. Two people with so much experience are bound to be set in their ways; I think the struggle was necessary to the relationship for it to be real.
Nancy: How many books do you have planned for the Into the Fae series?
Quinn: I'm hoping for either 6 or 12...large difference I know, it will depend on how the stories unfold.
Nancy: Do you have any new or special swag that you will release with this series? If so, what might a fan do to get a swag pack or a signed copy of Into the Fae?
Quinn: I do have new swag coming out called Werewolf Survival Gear; I'm very excited about it. At book signings the gear will be given away with the purchase of a book or set of books. I will also have the gear up forsale on my site. I would love to just give it away like bookmarks but they are considerably more expensive for me to purchase so although I will occasionally do giveaways online with them, the best way to get them is to come to a book signing or purchase them online.
Nancy: Do you have any other releases we should be on the lookout for in the coming months? Quinn: Book 8 in the Grey Wolves Series, Luna of Mine is due to release July 2, 2014 and is available for preorder at iBooks, Barnes and Noble and Kobo.
